Union House
Union House gathers three small volumes beneath one roof, joined the way a village is joined: by paths, thresholds and shared shade. The roof is low and long, with wide eaves that keep the autumn light off the walls.

Cedar cladding is left to weather. Openings are sized to the trees outside, so the interior shifts from bright to amber as the season turns.
It is a house for staying put: for fires, long meals, and a view that changes slowly.
