Lake Trohe
A low timber house rests on the slope above a mountain stream, its roof stretching out to meet the trees. In autumn mist the valley turns gold and grey, and the glass picks up the light from inside.
(Story)
A stone stair climbs from the water, and the terrace looks across the whole valley.
Inside, one warm material carries the eye from room to room, and the forest stays in view throughout.
